Jerome has the worst customer service and is very unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to use him nor Creatmark.
I would never recommend Creatmark Mortgage to anyone. My experience with this company, specifically with Jerome, has been beyond unprofessional, unethical, and devastating for my family. We were well-qualified buyers who provided every single document they requested over a month in advance, yet two days before closing, Jerome suddenly began making false accusations against me and my husband.
