Jesse was completely transparent about the process, reciewed multiple options with us, always answered our questions very quickly, and went over what to expect in refinancing our home. The turnaround time from start to close was relatively quick compared to other lenders during this time and we're so happy with the outcome.

Jesse was a good communicator, and took time to explain the mortgage lending process to us. He was quick to respond to phone calls and email.
