This has to be the smoothest mortgage transaction I’ve ever had. I started the process with another similar broker and then quickly realized that they would not deliver what they promised. When I spoke with Jesse he gave me a rate and delivered that rate along with constant transparent communication. I felt that I could not have been luckier to have worked with Contour.

Working with Jesse and his team was just about as easy as this process could possibly be. Having previously used a big bank for our last home, we were expecting this process to be long with lots of new requests for paperwork but this process was very streamlined. First, I received a request for a set of documents, I provided these, and from then on out, it was just updating my paychecks. We just closed on our mortgage with Contour. I was referred to Jesse from my amazing realtor and I am so grateful I was. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the process and offered advice along the way. The application took less than a month. This was a purchase of a second home in upstate NY and I wish I had been referred to these guys for my first home buy because they made this purchase very easy. I can't say anything but great things about Jesse and the entire Contour Mortgage company. They were helpful and on top of all my questions and concerns. I've used a number of different lenders in the past & rank Jesse & his team at the top. They're fast & they deliver, especially when I feel it's most critial- at the offer phase of purchasing a property.
