I had such a smooth and fast closing process, Jessica exceeded my expectations! She’s personable and take you through every step of the way. She will answer any questions you have at any time of the day, LITERALLY. It’s very rare to have a lender at your closing but she made it to mine. And I wouldn’t have been able to do this without my team.

Jessica made the process as simple as possibe. She was available any time day or night to answer any questions and was prompt with updates. I work 60 plus hours a week and worried I'd have problems completing the process during business hours but Jessica worked with me evenings and weekends. She overcame any obstacle that came up quickly. She had to redo the entire loan last minute and even went out of her way to find a lender that would honor the costs quoted a few months earlirler. Jessica was absolutely amazing! She was able to get us pre approved for our first home!! We did not have to send our information more than once. We closed exactly on time.
