Jessica was very easy to deal with especially since we were living in Alaska and buying our new home in Florida. She did her best to make everything go as smoothly as possible and if I called or texted her with a question and she didn't have the answer right then, she was always very good about finding the answer for us. Jessica responded to my pre-app. the next day, a Saturday. Through out the loan process she stayed in constant contact. I live over a 1000 miles from my home purchase, and I feel she went above and beyond her job requirements.
