Outstanding customer service and employees! Due to rainy weather job was delayed, they communicated well and did the job as promised on the new date. Heavy downpour later in the day caused issues. They came out checked the work they did and suggested another date to come back and redo the complete driveway. Everything is perfect! I highly recommend Jet-Black.
We have used Jet Black for a few years now. They offer reasonable rates for their services and provide all costs up front with no hidden charges. They have great customer service and are quick to respond to service inquiries, set up service dates and contact their customers regarding any changes in their schedule. Most importantly, they always do a thorough job leaving our driveway looking great. We highly recommend them for your resurfacing needs!
I have been using Jet-Black since buying my current house several years ago. Minnesota winters are hard on an asphalt driveway and the product and the application of it by Jet-Black holds up very well from year to year. I would recommend Jet-Black to anyone looking excellent driveway care.
