So there were a few things about Jill that made this process, which I was dreading, totally painless. First, she responded to e-mails the same day (sometimes like immediately), so no dealing with stressfull uncertainty. Second, she was very patient and reassuring with questions I was afraid might be stupid. Last, but most important she clearly knew what she was doing, set clear expectations and did it quickly and efficiently. Very impressed, super glad I went with you all.

Jill was a very efficient , helpful and friendly agent to work with from the start. She answered all of my emails in the same business day, and as I got closer to closing , often within the hour. She patiently explained the difference in mortgage rates and which ones would best benefit my income, and she explained it in terms that I could understand, this is so important to the layman . I have already talked her praise to friends and family ,and recommended her . Great person.
