Jill was a very efficient , helpful and friendly agent to work with from the start. She answered all of my emails in the same business day, and as I got closer to closing , often within the hour. She patiently explained the difference in mortgage rates and which ones would best benefit my income, and she explained it in terms that I could understand, this is so important to the layman . I have already talked her praise to friends and family ,and recommended her . Great person.

Jill was very upfront, honest in all her communication. The interesting part was when I requested for quotes using the COSTCO program, she was the last to respond, but she came with the best offer. Neither of her competitors or the open market could beat her offer. Throughout the process she was on top. Next time, I need mortgage, no points to guess who I will call first.
