It was very stressful 2 days before our closing. I recommend advising applicants of all documents needed at least a week ahead so that it is not so stressful getting last minute items that need to be collected before approval to close.

Jim and Lori were amazing to work with. They both communicated with us at every step. When we had a question, it was answered quickly and accurately. Jim Elfelt was fantastic to work with! Extremely prompt, knowledgeable, hard working. I could not have asked for a better experience with buying my house and obtaining a mortgage. Jim clearly knows his stuff and was always there to answer all of my questions. Could not have asked for more.
