I cant say enough good things about the Jimmy Garza Emergency Water Removal company.The crew came within an hour of when I called them.When they arrived, they were prepared with the necessary tools and machines, and they were ready to go to work. We had a kitchen fire that caused smoke and soot residue throughout the entire house. If Jimmy Garza had not responded as quickly, we could have been dealing with lingering smoke smell affecting everything in our home. The air scrubbers, ozone machines, etc prevented further damage to our home and us from inhaling particles leading to respiratory problems. **************************** Staff are courteous, efficient professionals that certainly come to the rescue! Highly recommend! ????

We had an expansion tank burst in our office at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. Water flooded the office and brought the ceiling down. I called Jimmy Garza and they were all over it. They responded quick and got the job done. Not only did they extract the water but they cleaned up the mess for us and made sure they left us in good shape. The whole crew was professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Jimmy Garza be your first call if you have a water extraction need!

Significant water removal and water damage restoration was needed. Jimmy Garzas company was highly recommended. The crew manager, *****, arrived within 5 hours of my call and immediately took over the clean up process. The supervisor, ****, returned periodically to the house to make sure all the 10 pieces of equipment were functioning as they should. The equipment was removed after 7 days, once the monitor showed no moisture. The affected areas were treated with an Anti fungal liquid to prevent mold from forming.The company ... read more

This is a great company. I had a water emergency definitely a bad day, I called around and was given the number for Jimmy Garza. I spoke with ***** she was reassuring and professional made me feel like I was in good hands. The service only got better from there. ************** came out gave me an estimate for the scope of work that would be needed. They were ***************** and understanding. Explained everything they were going to do from extracting all the water to leaving the blowers so our walls and floors would dry properly. They saw how stressed I was and they assured me that they were going to do their best to get everything cleaned up. I would highly recommend Jimmy Garza to everyone. ***** from the office was also very nice and very professional.
