If Jimmy Garza had not responded as quickly, we could have been dealing with lingering smoke smell affecting everything in our home. The air scrubbers, ozone machines, etc prevented further damage to our home and us from inhaling particles leading to respiratory problems. **************************** Staff are courteous, efficient professionals that certainly come to the rescue! We had an expansion tank burst in our office at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. Water flooded the office and brought the ceiling down. I called Jimmy Garza and they were all over it. They responded quick and got the job done. Not only did they extract the water but they cleaned up the mess for us and made sure they left us in good shape. Significant water removal and water damage restoration was needed. Jimmy Garzas company was highly recommended. The crew manager, *****, arrived within 5 hours of my call and immediately took over the clean up process. The supervisor, ****, returned periodically to the house to make sure all the 10 pieces of equipment were functioning as they should.
