They were ***************** and understanding. Explained everything they were going to do from extracting all the water to leaving the blowers so our walls and floors would dry properly. They saw how stressed I was and they assured me that they were going to do their best to get everything cleaned up. I would highly recommend Jimmy Garza to everyone. ***** from the office was also very nice and very professional.

I wish we had known about this company a long time ago. Our experience has been great. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The whole process, from beginning to end, was explained throughly and they took great care with our furnishings. The importance they placed on our health and safety due to possible mold was also apparent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking water removal services.
