Great Doctor!!! Listens to you then explains the situation thoroughly.
I had seen Dr. Shen a few years ago for nose bleeds. They had slowed down a lot then this year, here they go again. Two in one day freaked me out so went to see here again. Mariah her nurse fit me in the first available time slot she had. She cauterized my nose and so far so good, Dr. Shen is so nice and so is all her staff. I would see here again but hopefully after this I wont need to :)
I am glad I went to her. She diagnosed my issue, gave me the meds that fixed my issue very soon, and referred me to another specialist. Thank you Dr. Shen
Excellent. Dr. Shen was very personable. She thoroughly listened to my concerns. I didn't feel that I was being rushed. Her nursing assistant was also a very nice lady. Pleasant personality
She is to the point...efficient!! And she attended UT (my school). She is intelligent and to the point!

Dr. Shen takes the time to explain issues and procedures, and worked well with my toddler. She also sees three other family members and we’re happy with her knowledge and demeanor.
Dr. Shen was very through and explained what she will be doing next during the procedure that was performed on me. She’s even sending a culture out to make sure what kind of antibiotic would work best for what I have. The staff, especially her nurse, were awesome. Total visit was one hour (from appt time) for all that was done.
