Dr. Shen is very patient and explains any questions you might have fully. Dr. Shen always ask "do you have any further questions and that definitely allows patient to get any additional information about her diagnosis. May we always be lucky enough to find other doctors are as informative as Dr. Shen.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Shen. Dr Shen was very sweet, and made me feel so comfortable. She really cares about her patients. She is very thorough and explains things in termsyou can understand. She and the entire staff are very friendly and extremely skilled. I would recommend Dr Shen to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
Dr. Shen is wonderful. I am very picky with my doctors and she is one of the very best across all specialities. She is very thorough and she listens, and even with my silliest questions and concerns, she is very down to earth, yet very knowledgeable in her response and diagnostics. I highly recommend her for all ENT issues.
My husband had gone to Dr. Shen last year and when I told him I needed to get into an ear Dr., he suggested her. He was very impressed and so was I. I was able to get in the next day and everything about the appointment went easy and very professional.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Shen. I found her to be very attentive and most helpful. She took the time to examine and evaluate my problem. Dr. Shen is very thorough and listens to the patient. She is friendly and gentle. She saw us even though she was totally booked as I had a nosebleed that wouldn't stop. Her staff is also excellent.
