Joanne Perez was a dream to work with. If we forgot to send something, she would just cheerfully remind us. She always kept us up to date on new developments. We normally sent things in the evening, when we were home. No matter when we sent them, she would reply that she had received them, or answer our questions.
Very very helpful, and super nice. Joanne took time to help us through this process on her days off and was always ready and available to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend.
