Joanne Perez is hands down an absolutely amazing loan officer! Despite a few hiccups on my end, she closed my loan in 21 days!! Prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable...I WILL be returning for a refi when rates go down. Fingers crossed that happens soon! :-) Thanks again, Joanne!!!
