Joe Myers has a very nice service area. The covered drive through is big and open. There are a lot of service reps including Veki who quickly took care of what I wanted done. She also identified a recall that was done that I had been putting off. The waiting area that is next to the show room is hugh with several tv’s, personal computer areas, and a nice free coffee machine. Appoint was given for next day service. From the time I arrived till the time the car was returned to me was one and a half hours. I stayed in the new, clean waiting area. My 2021 Ford Escape passed the recall notice.

Over the years Joe Meyers Ford has always been there for my wife and I, placing us in new vehicles, and every time we have been warmly welcomed (never made to feel privileged), and always made to feel like we are part of a big family.
