Our agent and dealer, Mr. Dan Howard was there for us from the beginning of our car order until delivery. He helped us through the vehicle build and all the holds, delays and issues that Ford imposed prior to delivery. Dan went the extra step everyday getting answers to questions on each hold and other issues causing delivery delays. Best buying experience we've ever had. 5 - Shelsy Gonzalez 5 - Hailey Dippel Both ladies were exceptional and outstanding that I have had the pleasure of working with. As a customer you are already nervous about the financial portion but Shelsy laid my fears to rest. Hailey made the transition from my old car to the new one easy and stress free. Renovations are beautiful and accommodating. . Mike Hopkins was professional knowledgeable and polite.. I came in for a safety recall on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ.. everyone was friendly helpful and courteous..my vehicle was fixed and I’m happy to have her back!!
