While my car was in for repair, John kept in constant communication with me advising issues, cost and lead time for return. The two girls at the front desk were fantastic, very friendly, inviting and made the check out process very easy. Only issue was the mechanic missed my turbo issue originally and had to complete a second diagnostic however seems to have done an excellent job with the repair. The engine oil change, tire rotini and added water for wipers were done well. Staff was cordial and very nice. I’d like to know why I can’t have these things all done at same time with the 8,000 miles maintenance.
