The team I worked with were great. I enjoyed working with all of them. They weren’t out just to sell a vehicle. They listened to what I needed in a vehicle and in my financing and made the deal happen. I drove from Austin to Houston to purchase my truck and would do it again. Great team. Very happy with my purchase process. Everything went smooth and was done in a way that made me happy. Service dept is a little out of sorts being out of their normal location due to remodel. But having the new veh in with less than 300 miles on it the service rep called almost daily with updates. My sales associate Al Hall was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase experience. We met in the parking lot while I was waiting on my 2015 F250 Lariat to be serviced. I explained that I was looking for a F350 and he said he had two on the lot- a black one and a gray one. I explained that I was looking for a white one.
