This was my fourth time buying a car, and it was the best experience yet. All because Al the salesman was very enthusiastic and able to answer my 101 questions. I’m in sales myself and particularly sensitive to pushy tactics, but I felt confident Joe Myers Ford was selling quality cars with a respectable staff. The finance guy was also very nice and helpful. Normally I expect fees to pile up at some point, but I can honestly say the whole experience was fun, and I’m very happy with my new car.

I called about a recall on my Lincoln MKT. Doug was very informative and explained the process very patiently. I brought my car in. He let me know what to expect and how long my car would be there. He gave me reasonable options. The service was performed on time. It was a pleasant experience, and we will be back .

Took my truck in for the 2019 Transmission Recall and GPS monitoring problem. Jonathan was my advisor. Jonathan was very professional and provided me updates on what was going on with my truck daily. The recall repair and GPS ISSUE took about 2-3 weeks due to the wait for parts but I expected that seeing that it is a nationwide pandemic going on.
