Extremely pleased! Shelly Drake did an absolute amazing job. She was very helpful throughout the process. She went over and beyond to find my daughter the right vehicle. Great personality which made the entire process very relaxing! I never waited, which is typical and probably one of the main frustrations when vehicle buying. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism and felt very comfortable from start to finish with the purchase of the suv we purchased.
