Fantastic customer service Warren was amazing to work with. We were looking for a particular color and he went as far as to FaceTime with us to view before we drove out to see it in person. Everyone went above and beyond during the sale. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Excellent Service Department I bring my Fords to be serviced Joe Myers Ford and the Service department does excellent work. I work with and have worked with Joe Courtney for a number of years. He is honest and fair and communicates well with status of vehicles. The quality of the service is good and while there is typically a warranty associated - I have never had to utilize it. Worth giving a try as they do what they say and say what they do.

Good experience purchasing a new vehicle Warren was knowledgeable about the Escape Titanium and helpful throughout the purchase. The finance portion of the process was also relatively quick while still going over all of the paperwork.

Shelley Drake was Superior ! Salesperson Shelley Drake was excellent.. She answered all questions and helped with my selection with her time and patience. Thank you Shelly. The finance portion was not a good experience even with my above 800 credit score. I felt like I was being scammed. They will say , but you signed the contract didn't you ? Yes , but my last one with your finance team.
Definitely recommend Joe Myers Airbag replaced due to a recall. Old agent told me to be prepared to be there all day but work was done in less than 2 hours! Waiting room comfortable. Phone chargers available. Agent kept me updated about the repairs and time it was taking.
