Purchased of an edge Humberto and Shelly were both great. Humberto took the time to hear what we wanted and needed. He was very helpful and understanding. He showed us all the different vehicles we asked about and worked extremely hard to get us what we wanted. He never seemed annoyed even when we said we weren’t going to buy anything. Amazing Customer Service and Deal! Went in unsure of what I was going to be getting myself into since reading mixed reviews online. OVERALL BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE This is the third purchase i have made at Joe Myers and every time i have had a pleasent experience through out the purchase process. Best car buying experience I've ever had! Ron was amazing to work with. He was very patient and kind. I was shown and test drove as many cars as needed to find the perfect one. I wasn't pressured at all. Pedro, in the financing department was also very friendly and helpful. He explained everything so I could understand exactly what I was signing. After the experience I had at Joe Myers Ford, I will be back the next time I am ready to buy.
