The whole buying experience was great - from negotiation to financing & paper work to hands on assistance with features before leaving the lot. They answered all our questions. Outstanding experience We bought a new truck for our son sight unseen from Glen Francis. We traditionally go into the dealership but my husband called over the phone and spoke to Glen. He was great to work with! My husband is very no nonsense and we didn’t have the time or energy to do a lot of haggling for the truck. Good auto buying experience Knew what I wanted before I got there. Going to the Fleet Manager (whom my son had dealt with previously) made the experience so much shorter and hassle-free. Teddy was very accommodating. On the other hand, the Finance Department’s inability to deal with a title in a Family Trust was a downer. Sounded like the heart of the problem may lie with the auction companies. There SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM WITH A FAMILY TRUST.
