They took care of me, even when I changed my mind These guys went above and beyond in helping me find the truck I wanted. The first visit I bought the truck I wanted, but after getting home had major remorse about the color I chose. I went back the next day and they spent another 3 hours helping me find the right color and even ended up finding me a loaner truck with an upgraded motor for the same price I originally paid. Great Service! Michelle Shepard was great! She didn’t waste my time. She new what I wanted and was able to make a solid deal and in and out in two hours! Pedro was great during finance. He was a nice guy and made the process just as smooth as Michelle.
Quick and efficient Javier was very helpful in showing me the trucks that would fit for my budget. Transaction was smooth and quick. He made sure i was satisfied with my choice.
Right down to it and got what I wanted. Walked in from Planet Ford and told Thomas what we wanted and price. Thomas worked fast and got down to where we wanted with better options. Planet Ford jerked us around as typical, but not Joe Myers. Thank you Thomas.
