This Mazda dealership service center was absolutely fantastic, they were kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They put us in a 2019 Free loaner car while ours was being fixed! The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable, with a positive attitude, and made the process effortless! With the loaner car, we were still able to run all of our errands and appointments that were necessary, and pick up the car the next day. I would highly recommend this dealership !

I went in for a 1:00pm Scheduled appointment for a regular Oil Change and the normal 100-point Free Inspection of the car. It took almost two hours for the oil change to be completed, and because of some Service Dept. employee issues causing delays, the Service Manager did not charge me for the Oil Change Service. I think he handled the situation VERY professionally, and I am very grateful that he offered that without me having to question the length of time it took to complete the job.
