I went in for a 1:00pm Scheduled appointment for a regular Oil Change and the normal 100-point Free Inspection of the car. It took almost two hours for the oil change to be completed, and because of some Service Dept. employee issues causing delays, the Service Manager did not charge me for the Oil Change Service. I think he handled the situation VERY professionally, and I am very grateful that he offered that without me having to question the length of time it took to complete the job.
Friendly service advisor. Service performed satisfactorily. Complimentary wifi, water, popcorn. But facility could improve cleanliness and needs an update.
It was quick. Good waiting room and excellent people.
Great Service. Loaner car was provided as they needed more time to order parts/kits.
