From the first interaction, Joe and Michelle were incredibly informative and straight forward. They both worked to get the best rate for me and did it as if I was a family member. Joe and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. Their processing time was very fast and they closed the escrow in 18 days which was 3 days sooner than the contract. I am very satisfied and really recommend.
