Starting with Mr. Joe Tishkoff, and his whole team that took care of the whole process of my loan, you guys, were amazingly knowledgeable! I have done multiple businesses with Mr. Joe, Tishkoff and his team in the past and I will not think about of going anywhere if I ever need a real state loan again. My questions were answered in no time even if Mr. Tishkoff was busy, he will reach out to one his assistant and have her called me. Highly recommend!!!

Joe and his team were A+. I work in entertainment, where there are often multiple sources of income from both 1099 and employment income. I knew this might present a problem, so I actually found my lender before I did anything else. Joe and his team were fantastic. They got me a great rate on a 30 year mortgage.

Joe was very helpful throughout the process and patient. I ended up having to make 7 different offers to finally get one accepted. Everyone Joe was able to provide me with a preapproval letter for that property within 24 hours or less...he also did a fantastic job of walking me through everything he needed paperwork wise to find out what I could qualify for...which was great!
