I had a the best experience with Joe and his team! They worked late and through the weekend at very short notice to help my client get an accepted offer and eventually a successful and smooth closing. All parties involved were most impressed with their knowledge and timeliness throughout this transaction. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Joe and I will confidently refer his services in the future.

Joe made getting a mortgage a really smooth and pain-free initiation into home ownership for me. He was always available, and explained things clearly. The realtors commented to me that it was a pleasure to work with him. I can't recommend Joe highly enough.

Joe is a miracle worker. Putting it simply. I started my process before meeting him with what I THOUGHT was just a simple refinance with the previous lender. After going through what was a complete nightmare and having that lender even erroneously report a payment late I was finally introduced to Joe. This was my first home purchase ever and Joe did a fantastic job of walking me through the process every step of the way. We looked at the numbers and different loan options in many different ways. He made sure we had all the paperwork we needed to send to the processor and we ended up closing on time with very little issues. Joe was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with on my refi for my condo. He was attentive and kept me up to speed on the progress of the transaction, which I really appreciated. Joe also talked me through the parts of the refi that were new to me, which made everything go smoothly.
