We have lived in our home for 44 years and did not wish to sell and move. Joe Tishkoff examined and explained all our options and after studying the results, recommended a Reverse Mortgage. We had many doubts but Joe Tishkoff and his team headed by Joe Conrad came to our home to answer questions and patiently helped us fill out tons of paperwork.Everything went smoothly and we were funded in a short time.Thank you, now we can relax.

We are seniors and had not done a re-fi in many years. We had done our research and we are not unsophisticated but, wow, have times changed. Joe and his staff held our hands thru all the on-line stuff we dinosaurs were unfamiliar with. Their step by step guidance and well-informed answers to our questions made us feel very comfortable. Joe has provided refinance services for me three times over the last 15 years, and each time he was an absolute pleasure to work with.
