My husband and I went to dinner at Joey’s. We are from Florida and we had never been to the Vancouver area. When our waitress, Kass, introduced herself she was so sweet and friendly. Throughout the evening Kass provided so many great suggestions for our visit and went above and beyond to write down a list of wonderful places to see. She was amazing!! Great experience as always they did a fantastic service
Sometimes, I love it here and sometimes it's a miss. Today was one of those misses. I don't want to be harsh in my review as I can only imagine what the staff had gone through prior to my arrival (mother's Day lunch / brunch). However I have to say the host, server and manager on for happy hour just seemed "over it". While again I understand the day they just had there still needs to be a level of professionalism which was not there. The host seemed annoyed, the service was slow, the manager seemed indifferent.
Made reservations for dinner with friends while visiting Vancouver. There are several Joey restaurants in the city, but this one has availability. We were seated in the back lounge area which worked out great because it was quieter and brighter- the front restaurant was a younger crowd - very vibrant. Our waitress Lily was amazing, a great Mother’s Day luncheon.
Great diverse menu and very attentive service. Very nice ambience. 
New test kitchen item, chicken fried rice bowl, very unappetizing, too much sauce. Only took a few bites, do not recommend. The roasted corn guacamole made up for it. Delicious! Lovely wait staff, went the extra mile to accommodate our service dog.
The staff were exceptional, very attentive. Food was fantastic.
With the reservation, I was seated quickly. The food was executed well, and the service was clean and efficient.
