The host at the front could be more polite when speaking with guests. Phrases like “we have to shove you in a back corner” are not appropriate. Otherwise, the service from the waiter and the food were decent—comparable to Cactus/Earls.

We had a lovely lunch at Joey's today. Our server, Perth, was fantastic. She was the perfect combination of being attentive but not overbearing. Food and drinks were delicious.
