Had a great time with great friends.
Good food, wine was great. Service was horrible. Our server took so much time to bring our bottle of wine then said a manager had to bring it but 20 min for a bottle of wine is a lot.
My partner and I went last night for dinner and there were mice running around the dining room (no one offered to move us to another area and we dined with the mice). Additionally, the portion sizes for the price you’re paying is absolutely criminal. We both left hungry and unsatisfied. The staff seemed frazzled and weren’t very attentive. Has rsvp @ 12:45pm and they seated us on the outdoor side but after that, it seemed like they forgot about us. The wait time for service was unacceptable but the food was good. I had the tuna poke bowl and that was good.
This is tricky - on the one hand the meal and server were fantastic. On the other , not great. We were offered some sparkling wine while we waited because our table wasn’t ready. We do not drink. I didn’t want any and had water. When my wife tried my glass it was champagne and not the zero proof we’d asked for. They comped the meal. As an odd exception to the usually great service at this location, this quick lunch that took over an hour and a half.
Only one person got free Prosecco, which was disappointing
Had to wait in a line of 15 people after making a reservation a few days ago. Do not see the point of making a reservation. Front desk management and seating guests timely needs work and improvement.
Table wasn’t ready for mid afternoon reservation despite restaurant being less than half full. Service was extremely slow. Would not go back.
