Joey is one of my favorite places, and I usually have a great experience every time I visit. The food quality is consistently excellent, just as always. However, during this visit, it seemed like their system was down, which affected the overall service. We had to remind the staff of basic service items, like bringing a glass of water. I understand that technical issues can happen, but I believe better organization and contingency planning should be in place to maintain service standards during such situations.
The food was great. Service was attentive and not pushy at all. We spent 3 1/2 hours there and the waiter was wonderful.

Stopped in for lunch at Joey Don Mills today. Enjoyed the Chicken Club. It's one of the best chicken clubs ever. So tasty - yum yum yum 🙂 Served by the lovely Victoria 🙂 She is one of my favourites and I am always so happy and pleased when she is working and I'm seated in her section. Thank you Victoria and Joey Don Mills for yet another wonderful dining experience!
Our server Veronica was exceptional . She was very attentive and knowledgeable with the menu. She definitely made our visit pleasant. We go to Joey's often and I will say that Donmills is our favourite location. Food as always excellent!!! Looking forward to going again this weekend!!

Enjoyed my lunch at the bar today. I ordered the Farmer's Market Salad and had it with a side of Katsu Chicken 🥰. So DELICIOUIS. Enjoyed a couple glasses of the house red wine - it is one of my favourite wines, and very reasonably priced if you want to treat yourself to a bottle ❤️ (especially on Tuesdays when bottles are up to 1/2 price off ☺️. Shawn was amazing! We took my mom here for her birthday and it was wonderful. The food came at a reasonable time and we all enjoyed it so much! This location is my husband and I’s favourite location.
Another excellent lunch at Joey Don Mills 😊 I enjoyed appetizers for my lunch today: The Mini Steak French Dips, a side of Creamy Mashed Potatoes and a couple glass of the house red wine ❤️ Ordered a Sushi Cone and the Gyoza to take home.
