We dined here twice recently. Once for a birthday and another time for a friend's gathering. Jenna was a fantastic host, taking care of us. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and gave nice suggestions for cocktails and food . We also really loved the atmosphere. No wait time (though we had reservations for both times) and not loud that we were able to hear each other. Another delicious lunch enjoyed at Joey Don Mills. Was greeted by Sean at the front door with a smile and big welcome :) Served by the lovely Natalie - she really goes above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your dining experience and that everything is just right. The lunch salmon and cod dishes were delicious and the generous apple pie slice, which was shared, such a treat. I have trouble spending $19 for a glass of house red wine. I think you should offer a 9 ounce glass for that price. Overall a very pleasant lunch experience. Margie P.

Was offered a glass of sparkling wine when I came a bit early which I declined but thought it was a very nice touch. Seated at a corner table with 2 others which was perfect for catching up. Enjoyed the experience very much, service and food very good,
This was my first ever visit to Joey's. Upon arrival even my iWatch noticed the background ambience. The arrival Bubbly was a nice touch My date found the Cone Sushi was excellent and my Szechuan Chicken was outstanding The steak was a steak but the Mashed Potatoes done with the spring roll style another hit Service was excellent with drinks / wine redone as required, the food arrived timely be it by different staffers, it was a nice relaxing steady flow that went with the conversation.
Once again, Joey's did not disappoint! That is why I return on repeat. The food is great, but it's the people that make it an experience.
Food was dissatisfactory, table arangement was crowded, the place needed a bit more light, music not so fantastic, a bit of a wait to be placed at the table, in general too expensive for what you get back.. not coming again. Oh, and the toilet was upstairs, one had to climb a long flight of stairs to use the bathroom. In general a big NO.
