Not the best dining experience. Food was okay- nothing out of the ordinary. Menu items were no longer offered but still appear on the menu.it took a very long time to get our drinks and then, they were wrong. Two plates came with cold food and the third one, piping hot. No apology from server or manager. Not sure it would be my first choice for dining at Don Mills Shops

I don't know why the hell we decided to come back to this poorly run establishment again. We once again waited for our reservation but this time it was 50 minutes (not my choice to stay). To me it seems that they have a poor grasp of what a reservation is. Not to mention the seat that we had reserved was given to someone else who seemed to be a friend of one of the staff. You would think they would have something to offer other than the image of some sort of exclusivity.

I visited the Joey Don Mills location for dinner with a colleague tonight, August 18th. I am a long-time customer of Joey, and their usually consistently good food and service have kept coming back. In fact, I visit this location approximately once per month, and other locations including Yorkdale and even some of the Vancouver locations on occasion.
