Very hot where we were seated. Good choice was very spicy. Did not say so on the menu. Noise level high
Horribly overpriced for what you get. A very mediocre cheeseburger $25. + tax + gratuity. Server leaning over our table while taking the order like he thinks we're buddies. Way too casual attitude. Off our go to list.
The staff was hostile with us within the first minute. First, the hostess sat us right next to the kitchen. I believe that a reservation made in advance should not be given poor seating, especially considering the hostess gave the walk-ins better seats. My sister voiced that she did not like the seats and the hostess began whispering to two other waitresses who all looked irritated. The service was very bad and very slow it took 20 minutes just to get our drinks which was only sodas
Had to ask for the bill several times and had large gaps between ordering and drinks and food. Not sure if they were short staffed but if that was the case customers should be told.
The server had attitude. Really didn't care if or how we liked or food.Food came at different times and the hot food was cold and tasted like it had been heated up Ordered french fries and they came first and we waited 20 minutes before the rest of the food . We have had issues with the food being not hot and tasted like it was cooked a few days ahead and reheated Don Milla location has problems and with all the new restaurants cropping up I think something should be done to improve the food and service

Birthday lunch for my wife at our regular happy hour spot which ended up being a total disaster. The server was completely incompetent and disappeared after taking our order. My wife ordered a glass of white wine which was lukewarm as though the bottle of been sitting outside the whole day. The bar manager or the manager couldn’t figure out who she was made all kinds of excuses and then finally came out and said that their fridge is broken. Seem lecture is making things up as my wife would ask questions totally unbelievable.
We did have to wait 40 minutes to the food to come out overall. However the food was great but the service was terrible. We constantly had to ask people to refill our drinks from other servers walking by. Our server only checked up on us at the end. She had a hard time to even give me my receipt. I waited till I realize she wasn't coming back. I went up to her at the end and she clearly forgot. Honestly just terrible service.
