Delicious sangria, decent food - woefully slow and neglectful service (yet again) from a server who would vanish for prolonged periods without taking orders and leaving drinks empty. This is a beautiful space, in an amazing location - and experiences with JOEY in Western Canada have been incredible - but, sadly, this location consistently fails to overcome its epidemic of embarrassingly poor FOH customer service.

First time visit was Saturday night....waited over an hour plus for a table, wasn't offered to sit at the bar or if we'd like drinks while we waited (as the ladies I was with had been in the past). Personally was not impressed by the menu and don't see what all the hype is about.....on a positive....LOVE the space, the MASSIVE chandeliers and the music.

Calamari they served was not cooked and the cocktail drink I had was aweful
I have eaten at Joey a few times and I find lately that the food is not as good. My steak was really small and not cooked the way I wanted it and they no longer have the cauliflower as an appetizer. I also wonder why servers wear their hair down.....I thought when you worked with food your hair should be tied up. It is expensive so I think I will not go back for awhile. Unlike The Keg they do not measure up for customer satisfaction. The peppercorn sauce I ordered with my steak was, unfortunately, burnt....it had an awf... read more

The food I ate was amazing prime with the amazing potatoes but we were a larger group not all together which I didn't like couldn't chat with the whole group. Server was good
