Joey did more than just guide me through the loan process. He actively sought to educate me on the process. He checked in frequently to make sure I was taking care of everything on time and also to provide help. He was also incredibly encouraging when some parts of the process became difficult. I cannot imagine a better loan processor and guide through the loan and closing process. He also sat through the entire closing to make sure everything went smoothly.
