Truly a five star experience from start to finish with Joey. Highly knowledgeable, absolutely willing to teach and explain every detail. Heart of a teacher! Super fast turnaround times, responding after hours to emails when it would not be expected. If he had not been so helpful, I would have rented for another couple of years. I ended up purchasing a multi-family home with a conventional loan and a fantastic interest rate. Complicated transaction but no problem for Joey to get me the best deal!

Joey Murphey went above and beyond to help us whenever we had a question he even answered us on his vacation . We had a long drawn out deal trying to find a property we were comfortable with that we could afford and he helped us stick with it and when we had a problem with our realtor he helped us find another one that worked hard and found us our home in just a couple weeks . He was very nice and always ready to answer questions and calm my fears . First class guy .
