Our 24th year anniversarry was such a great experience here at Joey Newport Beach. Elizabeth our server gave us impeccable customer service experience. The food is tasty and drinks are unique and refreshing. Thank you Elizabeth, thank you Joey Newport Beach we will definitely come back here often.

I’ve been to Joey before and it was wonderful, this time the service was lack luster, someone cleared our appetizer plates while we were still eating it, I mean physically still eating it, didn’t even ask just said “excise me” and grabbed them. Served was very friendly but didn’t introduce her self, asked if we wanted waters and then walked away with out asking for any other drink orders. I come here regularly and love the food here. The service is usually great as well. However, I have begun to notice a decline in the service. I take my parents out to eat here every month and receive great attentive service. The servers check on our table regularly and bring out complimentary desserts on special occasions when we note it on open table.
