It’s not really Newport people who go to Joey’s so that’s a dinger. But the wait staff is always very nice and working hard. My kiddo has allergies and they take special care to make sure her food is safe, which is a huge bonus. Hate the paper napkins. You’re spending a lot of money and can’t have cloth napkins? Overall, it’s enjoyable. Most we appreciate the help with the allergies.

Went for a business lunch. Quickly realized it’s hard to have a conversation as it’s very loud.

All was good except my burger and fries were cold. My experience with ordering Mia Tia’s is to be serviced in a large glass due to the amount of ingredients. The Joey Mia Tia was served in a small tub glass with a very white to clear color and had no taste of a Mia Tia like I have experienced in over forty plus years of drinking them?
Our third experience at Joey and it was superior as always. We especially enjoyed our server, Celine. It’s refreshing to see wholesome, friendly, genuine young people who give prompt and thoughtful service.

Excellent for a younger crowd. Varied menu, from sushi to steak. The salmon and the steak were both tasty. The service was really excellent. This is a vibrant, lively place, so it is not for people looking for a quiet, romantic dinner.
First time here for dinner with friends and had a great time! The atmosphere was energetic and happening, albeit more casual than I had anticipated. The tv screens surrounding the bar area were a bit of a distraction, but fortunately far enoug not to bother us in the booth we got seated in. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially out server, Zach. No acknowledgment for the birthday we were celebrating even though it was noted when the reservation was made and mentioned to hostess and waitress. Service was very slow and we had to wait 25 minutes for our cocktails to show up. Most of the food was good though, with the exception of the butter cake which was cold and hard.
