Service and food quality are always consistent and great! I always have confidence in taking clients there, knowing that they deliver quality food and attentive service.
Our waitress Chasta was amazing and made our experience so special by creating our friends birthday with a dessert. She is a great listener.

Everything was fabulous except time to get food. It was way too long but it was hot and fresh when it finally did arrive.

From check-in to wine, appetizers, main course and dessert, each team member made us feel special every step of the way. The food was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Our server JP was excellent. It was our first time dining at Joey and he made sure our experience was wonderful. He shared the history of Joey and some of the best items on the menu. He even brought us a fun mini desert to celebrate our 30 years of friendship that we were celebrating. Thank you, we’ll be back soon!

Joey’s Newport Beach is a reliable spot—food is consistently solid, and the drinks are great. Seating can take a bit longer than expected, so plan accordingly. My biggest gripe is the bathroom situation; it’s almost always out of paper towels or soap, which is frustrating. This last visit topped it off with a random pair of boxers sitting on the stall shelf. I flagged it to the manager, who just said, ‘Thanks for letting me know,’ and that was it. Decent place overall, but they need to step up on the upkeep.
