It was my first time at Joeys Newport and we went on Friday night over Memorial Day weekend. The restaurant, bar, outdoor lounge were all packed. Hostess was very pleasant and upon check in offered a glass of bubbles because there was a few minutes to wait. We still were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation. The server was pleasant, the food flavors were great, and the atmosphere was FUN! I will go back when I’m in town again.

Always a great experience when I dine at Joey Newport Beach. It was great to meet with in person Mgr Hannah T. Thank you for the wonderful desert. Special shout out to our waiter Jessica for ensuring our lunch was delivered promptly.of course the food was amazing!!

We chose this restaurant for a special celebration and were very pleased with the **outstanding food** and **attentive service**—both truly lived up to expectations. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. That said, we were **let down by how busy and noisy** the restaurant was, especially for a weekday evening. Joey’s has long been one of my favorite restaurants. I first discovered it when I lived in DTLA and I’ve enjoyed many of their dishes since. The food is consistently good, there’s a nice variety, pricing is okay (could be better), and they *occasionally* offer a complimentary glass of champagne.
