We also asked many unconventional questions about nuances of the contract and MoO's processes, which Joey had to forward internally and report back on. In all cases, Joey did an excellent job of getting us the information we needed. Even at odd hours, Joey was available and willing to answer our questions. I was very impressed with his service.
