I’ve been a guest at this restaurant numerous times and have to say that the food is top notch but the service is incredible. The staff, especially Serena has been nothing short of magnificent. Serena always makes myself and my guests feel welcomed and treated with the best service to the point where I request that she serves our table. Highly recommend the restaurant and Serena if you want great service with a smile!

Fantastic restaurant. My very favorite for food service and ambiance. Not a romantic tête a tête type of place but rather a fun vibe. Love all they offer. I go back for every occasion. I was there twice this week once for a birthday lunch with a friend and once for dinner with my granddaughters. They loved it. Juliette and Adam and the entire team at Joey Rideau were wonderful! Juliette went above and beyond to take care of my family, and was personable, attentive and friendly! The food, service and ambiance were great! We originally had a circular table and the Team were quite adept at providing a booth for us, which my family really wanted. I know that Joey Rideau provides such high levels of service for all its clientele! Thank you for everything!
Waitress was great, food was excellent and it was discount Tuesday for bottles of wine. Ours was 50% off. Would definitely go to any Joeys restaurant as we were just visiting Ottawa.
