Great service. Friendly staff. Tasty food. We were offered a glass of champagne on arrival - a nice touch. It certainly paid to make a reservation, being a weekend. Restaurant has a bustling and vibrant vibe but it is very noisy, especially on the bar side. Yes it was busy which creates the high sound level, but the music adds to that. Hard to hear conversation. It’s more of a bar vibe than a restaurant vibe.

It was a very busy Saturday night and I made a reservation on Friday December 12th for the following night at 9pm. The reservation was for the upstairs lounge. When we arrived at Joey's, we were seated right away even though we were a little early. While waiting for my friend, I realized how cold tge upstairs longe really was. When he came upstairs, he noticed and he is never cold. We asked to be moved downstairs and Joey's accommodated our request without hesitation.
