Joey Sherway is fantastic. They seated us near the kitchen so we could see the action, our waitress was so polite and patient with us even when we couldn’t make up our minds about food or drink. They even brought out a nice birthday dessert for me which was totally unexpected! 10/10 will be back soon.

I was at Joey for the first time in December. When planning a girls’ night out a different group of friends, it was the first place that came to mind. The food is terrific. The service is professional but friendly. Servers are knowledgeable of the menu. The six of us were able to chat fairly easily over dinner.

Celebrated my birthday at Joey Sherway yesterday and had a great experience. Service was excellent, we were seated right away, and our server Zoe was positive, attentive, and on point throughout the meal. The food was amazing. We ordered the spicy crab dip, classic steak, fish tacos, and cheesecake for dessert, and our child had the chicken fingers and fries everything was fresh and full of flavour. Great time with family. Our server added to the experience. We did have to wait 15 minutes for our table considering we had a reservation. But otherwise, it was a great time!

Burger was excellent. Our food took 35 mins to come out. That's too long when you're hungry and need to be somewhere after. We let our server know and she said 2 mins. But it was actually 7ish. No time for coffee or dessert. Dinner is fine to take longer but lunch needs to be quick.
I went to the Sherway Gardens location on Sunday January 11, 2026 at around 8:00 pm. The place was quite cold. Mind you, it was a cold evening but many of the patrons were wearing their jackets because they needed to. The food was adequate at best. They were very busy and I was seated close to the kitchen and could see entrees sitting at the kitchen counter for, at times, 10 minutes before being passed to their respective tables.
