It was my second time at Joey‘s restaurant. My first time wasn’t that good my second time was absolutely amazing The hoste was very good accommodated as and my server. Felicity was absolutely amazing. She was on point. Her service was absolutely amazing which is really good. I will definitely go back there again and request for Felicity. I feel that staff don’t serve customers like they used to, but she was very rare, amazing server

The food at Joey was excellent, however, the service did not meet expectations. Throughout our visit, our server frequently forgot about our table, and we often found ourselves looking around to place additional drink orders. In contrast, we noticed another server who consistently checked on her guests and maintained a high level of attentiveness we honestly wish we had her instead. My friend and I had a good time here. The service was fast, and our server was courteous. The food was delicious and of the perfect size. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, and it was perfectly cooked. Try their lemonade!
even though they didn't have several drinks we were looking for, our server Cooper was great, very professional.
Incredible night out at Joey's Sherway! Great food, Incredible service and they have a DJ that had a awesome Playlist with video accompaniment. Altogether it made for a great exciting time. I need to come here more often for girls night. Drink, eat and dance the night away!

Our waitress was Liz. She was absolutely fantastic. I dont like to complain about food I eat everything I'm never picky. I found my steak a bit well done I have mentioned it to Liz. The manager came by to check in my and offered to make another steak for me. Usually find a visit to Joey's Sherway to be a wonderful experience. This time, there was a 10 or 15 minute fire alarm issue which left my dining partner and I with headaches. Apparently, their fire alarm system is connected to Sherway Gardens' fire alarm system, so something in the Mall set it off and we had to suffer as a result until the firemen solved the problems. We’ve been to Joey’s a few times and this was the worst service and ambiance. Food was good but service felt rushed. Our table was dirty and I had to request that it be wiped down. There was food on the floor and on the seat that I had to brush away. It wasn’t a good eating experience. We were celebrating my son’s graduation and it left us feeling like we should have booked a different restaurant.
