My husband and I are very critical of restaurants we decide to try. Joey's has repeatedly exceeded our expectations. The food is especially amazing and flavorful. Everything I've tried has been wonderful. My favorite is the Blackened Chicken. Its now my go-to place with friends. Service is always friendly and curtious as well. Thank you, Pat M.

Fri June 20, 2025 - Went to Joeys at Sherway with a couple of friends. This location is big and it’s super nice inside. We ordered a couple of apps - the Korean Fried Cauliflower and Szechuan Chicken Lettuce Wraps. They were both really good but I loved the Szechuan Chicken Lettuce Wraps. My main was the Blackened Chicken w/ warm potato salad, bacon & horseradish aioli, creamy coleslaw. This was so damned good !! I was in earliest to the slot I had selected however even after letting the lady at the front know I would like the patio table, they offered me indooor. I don’t mind the wait but we ended up missing the happy hour deadline as we did not have a server assigned to us. I guess the flooor manager came to help out and punched in the drinks and food however after punching she told us that the drinks happy hour rate CANNOT be honoured but the food can be. The Spaghetti Pomodoro was really good (spicy). The Korean Gyoza were delicious are perfect for a starter for a table of 4 people.

I always like Joeys for their upstairs patio dining, can't say the dish I had was the greatest and server seemed a little annoyed. My colleagues liked their dishes so can only speak for myself.

service was slow - steak was well done - manager didn't really bother to help
We asked for hot sauce with our meal, but it had to be entered into the system, which caused an unexpected delay. It took quite a while to arrive, and when we politely followed up after 10 minutes, we were met with some attitude. A small request turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience.
